Terms of service

These terms apply to every booking with Pixels with Bliss, run by Zaheer Fasly in Kandy, Sri Lanka. Each booking also has its own written agreement. If the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

1. Booking and deposit

Your date is reserved only after you sign the booking agreement and pay the deposit stated in your quote. Until then the date stays open to other clients.

2. Payments

• The deposit is due when you sign.
• The balance is due before or on the event date, as stated in your agreement.
• Payment is by bank transfer or the online payment link we send you.
• Final files are delivered once the balance is paid in full.

3. Coverage on the day

We cover the hours and events listed in your agreement. Extra hours can be added on the day at the rate in your quote. We need safe access to the venue, a meal break for the crew on events longer than six hours, and accurate timings from you or your planner.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are listed in your agreement. Photos and films are edited in our own style; we choose and edit the final images. Raw, unedited files are not included unless agreed in writing.

5. Copyright and usage

Pixels with Bliss owns the copyright to all photos and films. You receive a personal licence to print, share and keep them for life. Business clients receive the commercial licence stated in their agreement. We may use selected work in our portfolio and social media unless you ask us not to in writing before the event.

6. Liability

We back up all files on site and again afterwards. If something outside our control (illness, accident, severe weather, equipment failure despite backups) stops us from covering your event, we will try to send a qualified replacement. If we cannot, our liability is limited to a refund of the amounts you have paid.
